2. What we collect

Name, email address and phone number (if given)
Delivery address and delivery notes
Membership details: plan, household size, weekly meal choices, skips and changes
Billing status (payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card details)
Your confirmation at checkout that no one in your household has a food allergy (we do not ask for details of any medical condition)
Messages you send us

Cookies: we only use the essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to take payment securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our visitor counts come from our hosting provider and do not place cookies on your device.

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

To provide your membership, cook and deliver your meals, and take payment: contract
To send service emails about your deliveries and account: contract
To keep records required by law (tax and food safety): legal obligation
To keep the site secure and working: legitimate interests

4. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the membership: our website hosting and database providers, payments (Stripe), and our email provider. We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Account and delivery data: while you are a member, then deleted 12 months after you cancel. Payment and invoice records: 6 years, as required by HMRC.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy. Email dklondonoffices@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Changes

We will tell active members by email about any significant changes.
